self love

It’s the month of LOVE! 💗💖💕

How About HOPE will be hosting a Night of (Self) LOVE – a community effort to have important conversations about self care, mental health, and healthy relationships. Bring a date! Bring a friend! 🤝🏼❤

There will be an opportunity to share music/poetry/ect., raffles, games and more! How About HOPE T-shirts will be available for sale.

We will be also featuring speakers from the Quad Cities who are exemplifying self-love, self-care, acceptance, suicide prevention and more.
We will also be featuring a few guest artists who have dealt with these issues in their own life, and want to use their voice to help others.

The open mic will be first come, first serve.
